The Savannah House on Seneca Lake

The Savannah House Inn on Seneca Lake opened in July 2008, and is uniquely decorated in a southern cottage style décor. Our rooms are exceptionally clean, and our guests have commented that the rooms feel like oxygen, fresh air, and like home. They often say that their sleep was the best they had experienced in a long time. More than a bed and breakfast or the average hotel or motel, The Savannah House Inn offers the ambiance of a bed and breakfast with the privacy and amenities of a romantic hotel. We're on the Seneca's west side across from Hermann J. Weimer Vineyard.

Unlike many bed and breakfasts or hotels in the Finger Lakes region of New York, all accomodations at The Savannah House Inn come with complimentary wireless Internet access, A/C, refrigerator, microwave, hi-def flat screen TV with DVD and full range of programming and movie channels. The Savannah House Inn sits on 26 scenic acres, in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail of upstate New York, and overlooks the west side of Seneca Lake.

The Savannah House Inn is the perfect place for romantic getaways, groups of friends getting together, family reunions, special gettogethers for anniversary celebrations, and groups of friends touring the Wine Trail. It is possible to not only stay together as a group in the same facility, but also to gather as a group on our grounds and have plenty of space and privacy to socialize as a group.

We offer complimentary gourmet coffee and tea throughout the day and evening, in room massage therapy, canoe and kayak rentals with access to Seneca Lake, hiking trails on site, complementary picnic area and facilities and fire pit. We also offer discounted wine tours through a local limo service. In the future, we plan to add several individual cottages and a conference center with spa. In the fall and winter, our guests will enjoy fireplaces in each room.
